Overview

The 1-on-1 Robotics Mentorship program connects younger students with experienced FTC and FRC team members for personalized guidance in robotics, engineering fundamentals, and problem-solving. The goal is to support students not just technically, but also academically and personally as they navigate STEM for the first time.
